The phrase “The Roast Beef Specialists” has been associated with Walt’s Roast Beef from their early beginnings. Walt’s Roast Beef was incorporated in 1957 and their first restaurant was opened in Cranston, Rhode Island. In 1977 Raymond Perrotta and George Gomes formed Pergom, Inc. and bought the rights to franchise the business.
Soon after, Walt’s Roast Beef International, Inc. was formed with a change in ownership. Owners and Directors are Raymond Perrotta and Glen Miguel.
Today, Walt’s Roast Beef continues to have a reputation as being “The Roast Beef Specialists” and has grown to six convenient locations throughout Rhode Island. You’ll find them in Cranston, Pawtucket, North Kingstown, North Providence and two locations in Warwick, Rhode Island.
